What to Expect in your Workshop or Cohort

Ashley’s expertise centers around the intersection of body image distress with societal implications of diet culture, impacts of disordered eating, and perfectionism culture. She approaches body image from a cognitive behavioral and ACT/values based lens.

Whether you’re participating in a cohort, an individual consultation, or a workshop for your group practice, you can expect an informal environment where Ashley guides deep, vulnerable conversations. Conversations and vulnerability level are tailored to your specific needs. During individual consultations, you can expect Ashley to support you in exploring your own barriers to deeper body image work with your clients.

Ashley provides tangible techniques for working with clients and gives participants an opportunity to practice these techniques in the moment.

All workshops and consults include follow up opportunities to support you in implementation and effective execution of techniques learned.

Our workshops are designed for therapists, social workers, dietitians, psychiatrists, psychologists, medical doctors, physicians assistants, fitness professionals, yoga instructors, and other allied health professionals who want to learn how to confidently approach body image distress with their clients.

Body Image Workshops for All Providers.

The most useful thing I learned was the tools and resources to use with clients. It was validating for me.
