WHAT | A four-week food freedom Workshop cohosted by Cultivate and Ivy & Oak that will explore reclaiming meaning and empowerment. Each week will focus on a different topic and its unique holiday challenges for those in recovery. Topics include relationship building, support systems, holiday food/meals, body image challenges, skills building, and reclaiming the holidays with autonomy.
